The Site and the Content are protected by U.S. and/or foreign copyright laws, and belong to our company or its partners, affiliates, contributors or third parties. The copyrights in the Content are owned by guaranteedresumes.net or other copyright owners who have authorized their use on the Site. You may download and reprint Content for non-commercial, non-public, personal use only (If you are browsing this Site as an employee or member of any business or organization, you may download and reprint Content only for educational or other non-commercial purposes within your business or organization, except as otherwise permitted by guaranteedresumes.net).

3. Downloading Files

guaranteedresumes.net and its principals cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site or via the Service will be free of infection by software viruses or other harmful computer code, files or programs (although we will make every reasonable effort to do avoid such difficulties and have not, as of this writing, experienced any relevant problems in our history).

IN NO EVENT WILL GUARANTEEDRESUMES.NET, ITS PARENT COMPANY, OR ITS PRINCIPALS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF (I) THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, THE SERVICE, OR THE CONTENT, (II) ANY TRANSACTION CONDUCTED THROUGH OR FACILITATED BY THE SITE; (III) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SITE, THE SERVICE AND/OR THE CONTENT, (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE, THE SERVICE, OR THE CONTENT, EVEN IF GUARANTEEDRESUMES.NET HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE, THE SERVICE, THE CONTENT, OR WITH THE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO HAVE OUR WORK REVISED. IF YOU HAVE NOT FOUND A JOB AND ARE UNEMPLOYED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RECEIVING A RESUME PURCHASED VIA THIS SITE, WE WILL ARRANGE TO REWRITE YOUR RESUME, REFUND THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE OF OUR ORIGINAL WORK, AND SEND YOU A COMPANY CHECK FOR AN ADDITIONAL $50 WITHIN 15 CALENDAR DAYS. REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE MADE NO SOONER THAN 60 CALENDAR DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF OUR WORK AND NO LATER THAN 90 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF OUR WORK. CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SENDING THEIR NEW RESUMES OUT TO PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYERS WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS OF RECEIPT. REFUNDS ARE LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID FOR THE RESUME THAT WE CREATE FOR YOU AND DO NOT INCLUDE ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES YOU CHOOSE TO ORDER. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND UNDER THESE TERMS, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET: A) YOU, THE PURCHASER MUST PROVIDE REASONABLE PROOF THAT YOU SUBMITTED YOUR RESUME TO AT LEAST 30 PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYERS (IN THE FORM OF CERTIFIED MAIL RECEIPTS OR VERIFIABLE FAX TRANSMISSION RECEIPTS—NOTE: BULK SERVICES SUCH AS JOBSBYFAX.COM ARE REGARDED AS “ONE” SEND FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS COUNT REGARDLESS OF HOW THE BULK SERVICE CHOOSES TO DISTRIBUTE YOUR RESUME), B) YOUR RESUME PURCHASE MUST HAVE BEEN MADE THROUGH GUARANTEEDRESUMES.NET, C) IN CERTAIN CASES, AT OUR COMPANY'S SOLE DISCRETION, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CONTINUED UNEMPLOYMENT (i.e. IN THE FORM OF A COPY OF A RECENT UNEMPLOYMENT CHECK OR RELATED/VERIFIABLE PAPERWORK). REFUND/REWARD DOES NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE ALREADY EMPLOYED AT THE TIME OF YOUR REQUEST EVEN IF SUCH EMPLOYMENT WAS NOT THE RESULT OF A RESUME CREATED BY OUR SERVICE. IF, AT YOUR REQUEST, A REFUND IS ISSUED PRIOR TO THE END OF OUR INITIAL 60 DAY GUARANTEE PERIOD, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A $50 BONUS/REWARD EVEN IF YOU ARE UNEMPLOYED AT THAT TIME. *ONLY ONE $50 REWARD WILL BE GIVEN TO EACH CLIENT PER 36 MONTH PERIOD. (YOU MAY NOT PURCHASE MULTIPLE RESUMES ON A PERIODIC BASIS AND, SUBSEQUENTLY, REQUEST ONGOING REFUNDS+REWARDS).

BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, GUARANTEEDRESUMES.NET'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED AND WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUT SHALL, IN NO EVENT, EXCEED THE COST OF YOUR PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE PLUS $50.

5. Privacy Policy

guaranteedresumes.net provides users with resume writing and related career services. We do not collect personal data from site visitors without formally requesting such information on secure forms. Maintaining the privacy of our visitors represents a company priority and as such, no technologies [i.e. "cookies"] are in place to capture information about those who utilize our free search engine service.

We utilize only secure, encrypted order forms (HTTPS/SSL/Secure Socket Layer). These forms do require customers to provide contact information (i.e. name and email address) as well as financial information (i.e. credit card numbers). All such information is used only to make contact with our clients when it is absolutely necessary to do so with reference to their order. We do not sell or trade customer data information to/with any other companies. We do reserve the right to post any resume we write for you on our site as a model so long as we remove your personal contact information.

6. Indemnification

You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behavior on the Site. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless guaranteedresumes.net, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, joint venturers, business partners, licensors, employees, agents, and any third-party information providers to the Service from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from or arising out of your use, misuse, or inability to use the Site, the Service, or the Content, or any violation by you of this Agreement.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Site, render the Site inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage to the Site or the Content. You agree not to add to, subtract from, or otherwise modify the Content, or to attempt to access any Content that is not intended for you. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that might interfere with the rights of third parties.

8. Password Security

If you register to become a client, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member identification and password information, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your member identification and password.

9. General Provisions

a. Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies. The Content may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. guaranteedresumes.net therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the Content at any time without prior notice. guaranteedresumes.net does not, however, guarantee that any errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected.

b. Enforcement/ Choice of Law/ Choice of Forum. If any part of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact any other provision of this Agreement, all of which will remain in full force and effect. Any and all disputes relating to this Agreement, guaranteedresumes.net's Privacy Policy, your use of the Site, any other company-owned web site, the Service, or the Content are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions.
